    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Your Opportunity</strong></p>\n<p>The BIM Coordinator will assist in the transition from CAD to Revit towards true BIM deliverables. Provide support and mentoring to BIM procedures, workflows and best practices for modeling. The BIM Coordinator is responsible to coach and guide involved engineers with the implementation and application of BIM. Offer cross-team support for BIM software.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up projects for the team and ensures compliance with delivery and BIM standards throughout all projects</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the internal and external design team and other departments to identify areas of improvement and communicate procedural changes</li>\n <li>Perform model audits and checks ensuring compliance with the BIM Execution Plan</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with drafting and BIM standards throughout projects</li>\n <li>Checks the different aspect models on consistency</li>\n <li>Conduct BIM coordination meetings with internal team and external project stakeholders</li>\n <li>Makes proposals for any model adjustments, discusses and consults with the relevant members of the team</li>\n <li>Identify and assist in creating, management and organization of Revit families and details to enhance content libraries</li>\n <li>Actively participate and assist project teams with BIM project execution planning at project kickoff and project milestones.</li>\n <li>Provide final check of all projects for quality assurance focusing on model quality and drawing graphics in collaboration with discipline leads and TAs.</li>\n <li>Maintain good communication with engineers to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation for each project</li>\n <li>Evangelize, educate and support primary BIM applications</li>\n <li>Assist development and implementation of training programs for BIM applications</li>\n <li>Document procedures, workflows and best practices for data post-processing and modeling</li>\n <li>Provide troubleshooting, assistance and mentoring for Revit users</li>\n <li>Help with pilot testing of new BIM applications and add-ins</li>\n <li>Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude</li>\n</ul>",
