For almost 20 years, we have provided top-level food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges, universities and aviation lounges.</em></p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage the daily operations of campus retail dining locations, including branded concepts, cafés, convenience stores, and grab-and-go operations;</li>\n <li>Lead, coach, and develop frontline supervisors and hourly team members to ensure exceptional customer service and operational performance;</li>\n <li>Drive revenue growth through merchandising, promotions, menu innovation, and strategic marketing initiatives;</li>\n <li>Monitor financial performance, including labor management, food cost controls, inventory, and budget adherence;</li>\n <li>Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and procurement teams to execute campus dining initiatives and special events;</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all Sodexo, university, local, state, and federal food safety and sanitation standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
