    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt; font-weight: bold\">IT Infrastructure Specialist </span><br><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Musselwhite Mine </span><br> <br></p>\n<p>Orla Mining is striving to be the emerging gold producer of choice with a geographically diversified asset base, a prospective development and exploration portfolio, an experienced management team with a successful track record, and a high-quality board and shareholder base. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Orla operates the Camino Rojo Oxide Gold Mine, a gold and silver open-pit heap leach mine, located in Zacatecas State, Central Mexico. This low-cost operation is 100% owned by Orla, covers over 139,000 hectares, and includes a large sulphide mineral endowment located beneath the oxide resources.  We are also advancing permitting and development on our South Railroad Project, a feasibility-stage, open-pit heap leach project located on the prolific Carlin trend in Nevada. This project is part our larger South Carlin Complex which includes a prospective land package. We recently acquired the Musselwhite Mine located in Northern Ontario on Lake Opapimiskan, a gold mine with more than 25 years of operating history. The addition of Musselwhite has allowed Orla to more than double our gold production and provide a strategic entry into a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction. The Musselwhite Mine is highly prospective with potential to expand resources and mine life for years to come.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Orla is building a legacy of excellence, respect and sustainable value through responsible gold mining. We are custodians of the assets we run and the environments in which we operate, and we are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, care, and respect.</p>\n<p> <br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include: </span><br>• Maintains and supports enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage platforms, network systems and <br>communication services.<br>• Manages and supports virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Azure) including capacity planning, provisioning <br>and lifecycle management.<br>• Administers and supports surface and underground network environments to ensure reliable, secure and <br>resilient site connectivity.<br>• Oversees infrastructure operations including monitoring, performance analysis and implementation of <br>improvements to optimize availability and efficiency.<br>• Plans and executes infrastructure upgrades, hardware replacements and modernization initiatives.<br>• Supports and maintains communication systems including Microsoft Teams, voice gateways and Cisco CUBE.<br>• Leads incident response, performs root cause analysis and resolves complex infrastructure and network <br>issues.<br>• Maintains security controls and ensures alignment with corporate policies, supporting audits, compliance <br>reviews and risk mitigation activities. <br>• Manages backup and recovery systems, validating data integrity and ensuring recoverability. <br>• Develops, tests and maintains disaster recovery strategies for critical systems. <br>• Provides advanced troubleshooting across infrastructure, network and system layers. <br>• Collaborates with site teams (OT, Electrical, Mining Apps, EUS) to deliver infrastructure projects and <br>operational improvements. <br>• Maintains accurate infrastructure documentation and system configurations to support operational continuity. <br>• Adheres to Occupational Health and Safety policies while consistently promoting safe work practices. <br>• Demonstrates commitment to site and company goals and values. <br>• The duties and responsibilities listed above reflect the nature and level of work assigned and are not intended <br>to be exhaustive. <br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Experience: </span> <br>• Post-secondary education in Computer Technology (certificate, diploma or degree) or equivalent combination <br>of education and relevant experience. <br>• 3–5 years of progressive experience in network and server administration within mid to large enterprise <br>environments. <br>• Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to infrastructure projects, including planning, execution and delivery <br>within defined timelines. <br>• Experience supporting enterprise networks, server environments (primarily Microsoft platforms) and <br>associated hardware lifecycle activities. <br>• Familiarity with infrastructure security practices, compliance frameworks and risk management principles. <br>• Experience working within regulated or industrial environments (e.g., mining, OT, or remote site operations). <br>• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks <br>effectively. <br>• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams <br>and provide a high level of client service. <br>• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. <br>• Demonstrates initiative, accountability and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt and perform in <br>a diverse and dynamic work environment. </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions: </span><br>The work schedule for this position is 14 on,14 days off including travel to site, working 12-hour days. The Position <br>may require traveling to and/or assisting other domestic sites.   <br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation: </span><br>• The salary for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. <br>• This role is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual short term incentive program. The target annual bonus for this position is 15% of base salary, subject to individual and company performance. <br>• The Company offers a Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), including an automatic 5% employer contribution, with the option for employees to receive up to an additional 4% employer match on employee contributions.  </p>",
