In this role, you&rsquo;ll provide support, guidance, and skill-building to individuals in a residential program&mdash;helping them gain independence, improve daily living skills, and thrive within their community. If you&rsquo;re looking for meaningful work where every day brings an opportunity to create impact, this could be the role for you.<br />\n<br />\n<strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong><br />\n&bull; Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal planning, cooking, cleaning, and money management.<br />\n&bull; Support clients in developing and following individualized recovery plans, adjusting goals as needed.<br />\n&bull; Provide emotional support, counseling, and crisis intervention when required.<br />\n&bull; Help residents build independence and integrate into the community through education, rehabilitation groups, and skill-building activities.<br />\n&bull; Ensure client safety, health, and overall well-being during all shifts, including overnight coverage.<br />\n&bull; Provide transportation for appointments and activities.<br />\n&bull; Collaborate with treatment teams, natural supports, and community providers to connect clients with resources.<br />\n&bull; Document services, progress, and recovery plan updates accurately and on time.<br />\n&bull; Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.<br />\n<br />\n<strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong><br />\n&bull; Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.<br />\n&bull; Ability to work collaboratively and provide respectful, client-centered care.<br />\n&bull; Basic knowledge of mental health and co-occurring disorders preferred (training provided).<br />\n&bull; Flexibility to remain awake and alert during shifts, including overnight hours.<br />\n&bull; Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable vehicle required.<br />\n<br />\n<strong>Why Join BHcare?</strong><br />\nAt BHcare, you&rsquo;ll be part of a mission-driven team committed to recovery, independence, and community integration.
