This is because we celebrate the diversity of thought, the richness of the human experience and the desire to reflect the communities we serve.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Summary</strong><br />\r\nProvide essential support in overall operations and customer service with a main focus on processing all donations, including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, stocking and rotating product while adhering to all production and quality standards.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Process textile donations, including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving product to the sales floor to meet preset production and sales goals for the store.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other miscellaneous items, including sorting, pricing, tagging, and moving product to the sales floor to meet preset production and sales goals for the store.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.</li>\r\n\t<li>Follow all quality and production standards as set by Goodwill Keystone Area.</li>\r\n\t<li>Track production daily and report to supervisor.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Be knowledgeable of daily, weekly and monthly production and sales goals.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Selects and identifies appropriate items for Ecommerce department.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to assist and have flexibility in the overall daily operations within the store.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure that quality customer service is presented and provided in a timely and courteous manner to all customers, donors and other employees.</li>\r\n\t<li>Supports, promotes and participates in organizational programs and special events.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assists in any other assignments designated by management.</li>\r\n\t<li>Adhere to all Goodwill Keystone Area manuals, handbooks, policies and procedures.</li>\r\n\t<li>Promotes an environment of workplace safety.
