    "description": "<h2>Job Details</h2>\n<p>Revenue Cycle | Miamisburg | Full-time | First Shift </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities & Requirements</h2>\n<p>Epic Non-Clinical Trainer position duties include, but are not limited to the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct classroom informative and productive training programs for network</li>\n <li>Administer tests to measure employees knowledge of EPIC</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed training documentation and manuals related to the Epic healthcare information system</li>\n <li>Work to accomplish department goals under the direction of the Epic Training Coordinator</li>\n <li>Trainers also provide computer lab supervision of employees when required</li>\n <li>Provide individual student assistance where needed</li>\n <li>Participate in system testing, evaluation, meetings and end user support</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s degree in relevant field</li>\n <li>Proficiency with personal computers, printers and associated hardware</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n <li>A minimum of 1 year healthcare or teaching experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong customer service orientation.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote).</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>\n <li>Critical thinking skills to support training initiatives and staff education on business operations applications.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail with timely and accurate documentation.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Epic applications preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
