As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional lessons, and ensuring a fantastic swimming experience for all.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and facilitate engaging swimming lessons for students of all ages (both kids and adults) and skill levels</li>\n<li>Bring your expertise to the pool deck and demonstrate impeccable swimming techniques and strokes.</li>\n<li>Follow and deliver our aquatic program.</li>\n<li>Ensure a safe and secure swimming environment by maintaining constant vigilance and enforcing our water safety protocols.</li>\n<li>Create a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages trust, and a love for swimming.</li>\n<li>Keep track of student progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate milestones as swimmers master new skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid certification in CPR-C, Standard First Aid, and National Lifeguard Certificate.</li>\n<li>Previous competitive swimmer is an asset.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students of all ages.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in a wide range of strokes and swimming techniques.</li>\n<li>Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.</li>\n</ul>",
