We offer medical, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, employee assistance programs, company discounts, perks and more for most full-time positions!</p>\n<p>Start your phenomenal career with Allied Universal today!</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Allied Universal is seeking Security Professional -  Concierge Overnight in Richmond Hill, ON</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position: </strong>Security Professional - Concierge Overnight</p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Richmond Hill, ON</p>\n<p><strong>Payrate: </strong>$18.35 per hour</p>\n<p><strong>Status: </strong>Full time </p>\n<p><strong>Shift: </strong>Monday to Friday | Overnight Shift | 12am - 8am</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Overview:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Allied Universal is seeking an experienced <strong>Security Professional - Concierge Overnight </strong>to oversee one of our residential sites in <strong>Richmond Hill</strong><strong>, ON.</strong> The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with <strong>excellent communication skills,</strong> <strong>customer service skills,</strong> willing to work <strong>Overnight shifts</strong>, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in <strong>residential concierge security,</strong> enjoy <strong>patrolling,</strong> and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.</li>\n <li>Maintain a professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.</li>\n <li>Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Support property management with any additional tasks as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have <strong>Residential Concierge Security experience</strong>.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in basic <strong>computer skills</strong> and <strong>customer service skills</strong></li>\n <li>Excellent <strong>written and oral communication</strong></li>\n <li>Must have a valid<strong> Ontario Security License</strong>.</li>\n <li>Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.</li>\n <li>First Aid and CPR</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience</li>\n <li>Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u> </u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Benefits</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.</li>\n <li>Paid training and development programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Disclaimer</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As part of our standard hiring process, all candidates being considered for employment with Allied Universal are required to undergo a background check.
