The IT QA Automation Engineer works closely within a cross-functional organization of business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure engineers to&nbsp;define, measure and verify Quality Standards and Controls through all phases of the SDLC in this fast paced and growing line of business.&nbsp; It will also be necessary to align with CITCO’s global governance standards and ensure PE IT benefits from our global best practices for Quality Assurance.</p><p class=\"tablebullet\">To be successful, the individual must have excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability and willingness to try new and modern technologies to meet the specific requirements of each project.&nbsp; Strong knowledge of QA Automation approaches and technologies as well as a demonstrable ability to put these into practice are keys to a successful candidate.</p>",
