As the state&rsquo;s federally designated organ recovery organization and an accredited tissue bank, we are dedicated to making a profound impact on countless lives.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Clinical Support Coordinator</strong>, you are at the heart of the organ and tissue donation process. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Obtaining informed telephone authorization and conducting comprehensive medical and social history risk assessments with families of patients who authorize donation.</li><li>Collaborating directly with clinicians to perform medical screenings on patients to determine donation eligibility.</li><li>Case management of all aspects of tissue cases and shared organ cases, ensuring seamless transitions and effective case completion.</li><li>Providing accurate, timely information to both internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><p>We seek individuals who are passionate about healthcare, teamwork, and making a difference. Ideal candidates will have:</p><ul><li>Post-secondary training or education in a relevant field is required. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred, but other healthcare backgrounds will be considered (ICU Tech, ER Tech, LPN, Medical Assistant, etc.).</li><li>Strong case management &amp; communication skills with a commitment to providing compassionate support to donor families.</li><li>Excellent data entry &amp; computer skills are required. Experience with one or more electronic medical record systems is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>The ability to multitask in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule &amp; Work Environment</strong></p><p>This role follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (either 7:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM for day shift or 7:00 PM &ndash; 7:00 AM for night shift), including weekends and holidays.
