    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY </strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">The Sales Manager is responsible for motivating and directing a commissioned sales team to meet dealership sales goals and objectives while creating positive customer experiences. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Ensure efficient and profitable operation of Sales department that meets company expectations </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Ensure adequate number of trained salespeople are available and on duty during hours of operation </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Arrange training and scheduling for all Sales department staff  </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Review previous day customer summary sheet with each sales person to evaluate daily performance </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Address performance successes and shortcomings as necessary </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Approve all motorcycle sales </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Ensure used motorcycles purchased or taken as trade are valued at fair market price  </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Ensure that all units new/used are repaired, reconditioned or setup for sale </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Ensure that all merchandise in the department is displayed properly and that general housekeeping is done on an ongoing basis </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Ensure that the dealership’s desired product mix is available at all times  </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Abide by and enforce all dealership policies pertaining to the department  </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Project positive and professional image at all times </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole </span></li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><strong>REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS </strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Computer Literate </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Energetic and self motivated  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Able to motivate a commissioned sales force </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Excellent communication and customer service skills </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Proven leadership abilities </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">High School Diploma or equivalent </span></li>\n</ul>\n</div>\n",
