Vos responsabilités incluront l'optimisation des processus marketing, la gestion des technologies et des analyses marketing, ainsi que l'accompagnement de nos équipes marketing dans la planification, l'exécution et l'évaluation efficaces de leurs campagnes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Ce poste requiert une combinaison de pensée stratégique, de compétences analytiques, d'expérience en gestion de campagnes et une solide compréhension du parcours client et des principes fondamentaux du marketing. Vous serez le lien essentiel entre nos équipes marketing internationales et locales, le marketing produit international et nos créatifs internes, en veillant à ce que nos actions marketing et de communication atteignent les bonnes cibles dans différentes régions afin de générer des résultats commerciaux concrets.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ce que vous ferez en tant que notre nouvel Ingénieur Solution :</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Représenter Explorance en tant qu'expert de nos suites logicielles</li>\n<li>Fournir des démonstrations de produits à distance et sur site aux clients potentiels</li>\n<li>Recommander des produits et services aux clients potentiels d'Explorance en fonction de votre expertise technique et des besoins des clients</li>\n<li>Rédiger et réviser les réponses aux appels d'offres et autres documents techniques</li>\n<li>Gérer la relation avec les clients potentiels à un niveau technique</li>\n<li>Assister les commerciaux dans la stratégie</li>\n<li>Concevoir, gérer et maintenir des environnements de démonstration et des bacs à sable</li>\n<li>Participer et présenter lors de salons professionnels et conférences<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir dans ce rôle :</span><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise de notre logiciel – Vous agirez en tant qu'expert technique dans la plupart des interactions.</li>\n<li>Compétences en communication interpersonnelle – il s'agit d'un poste en contact avec les clients nécessitant des compétences en présentation</li>\n<li>Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe</li>\n<li>Disponibilité et volonté de voyager fréquemment</li>\n<li>Disponibilité pour soutenir plusieurs fuseaux horaires</li>\n<li>Compétences impeccables en communication verbale et écrite en anglais (le français ou l'espagnol est un atout)</li>\n<li>Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et organisation</li>\n<li>Enthousiasme pour travailler dans un environnement dynamique</li>\n<li>Personnalité orientée service</li>\n<li>Capacité à s'adapter rapidement aux changements de technologie et du secteur</li>\n<li>Formation académique : SI, IT, Ingénierie Logicielle / Informatique ou autre diplôme technique.</li>\n<li>Maîtrise de MS Office et des applications basées sur le Web<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Autres Exigences:</span> Ce rôle est basé à Montréal (ou dans les environs).
