Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate and strategize with our Healthcare Market Sector Leader and other leadership on project pursuits to maintain existing client relationships and establish new business</li>\n <li>Commitment to design excellence and ingenuity, as well as outstanding service to existing and new clients</li>\n <li>Establish credibility through strong project management skills in the healthcare market sector</li>\n <li>Exceed client and business objectives by inspiring and motivating a team, developing their skills and encouraging professional growth to continue cultivating our healthcare presence in Atlanta</li>\n <li>Provide high level guidance to project teams throughout all project phases</li>\n <li>Responsible for the development and implementation of projects, while also pursuing business development efforts within the Atlanta area</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>This role is an in-office position</li>\n <li>A professional, NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture is required</li>\n <li>12+ years of experience in commercial architecture and Healthcare project experience is required </li>\n <li>Professional registration is required</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, time management and communication skills</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD and other graphics-related programs preferred</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience of regular and successful interaction with a variety of clients </li>\n <li>Possess a flexible attitude with the ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration in a team environment</li>\n <li>Qualified candidates should exhibit a strong aptitude for business development, strategic leadership skills, presentation skills and high self-motivation</li>\n <li>Must have convincing conceptual design skills as well as an entrepreneurial spirit</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This position is designated as <strong>full-time on-site</strong> and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location <strong>Monday through Friday during standard business hours</strong>.
