In July 2024, GMIN has acquired the Oko West project. The Oko West Project is a new gold discovery in northwest Guyana. It is located south of the historical “Oko” gold district, some 95 km west of Georgetown.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">To ensure the achievement of this large-scale project, G Mining Ventures is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Welder</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Welder will be responsible for performing a variety of welding and fabrication tasks, including the repair,</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">modification, and construction of mining equipment, piping systems, and structural components. The ideal candidate</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">will have strong welding skills, knowledge of mining equipment, and a solid commitment to health, safety, and</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">environmental standards.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform welding and fabrication on fixed and mobile mining equipment, including crushers, conveyors, hoppers,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">chutes, pipes, and structural steel.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Carry out repairs using SMAW, MIG, TIG, and oxy-acetylene welding techniques.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct routine inspections and maintenance welding on site equipment and infrastructure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding using appropriate tools and methods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize equipment downtime.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform welding in various positions and under challenging site conditions (e.g., confined spaces, at heights).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
