text-decoration: underline\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">A Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and remodeling Triple Creek Ranch and related facilities and grounds to enable continuous operation as a high-end, top level resort.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Minimum Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The person in this position needs to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Frequently move about the property, common areas and inside guest cabins.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Constantly operate equipment and tools such as corded/cordless drill, impact driver, skilsaw, sawzall, grinder, palm sander, table saw, miter saw, nail guns, drill press, bench grinder, hand planer, power planer, routers, stick welder, acetylene torch, various hand tools for mechanic/carpentry, voltmeters, etc .</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Occasionally ascend/descend stairways and ladders to access and make repairs on multiple levels and hard to reach areas. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Constantly position self to work and make repairs in small, confined and hard to reach areas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Constantly detect needed repairs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Frequently move and position equipment, tools, supplies, furniture and boxes weighing up to 70 pounds. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Frequently work in harsh outdoor weather conditions.  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Essential Functions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Create a positive and energetic environment that supports the delivery of an exceptional guest experience while upholding the highest level of TCR and Relais &amp; Châteaux standards. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain the extraordinary five-star TCR image and resort appearance including all service, cleanliness, and appearance standards. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Become familiar with the Triple Creek Ranch operations including the basic lodge and cabin layout and design, grounds and facilities, automotive and powered machinery, storage and inventory, and fundamentals of the hospitality industry including reservations, reception, activities, marketing, housekeeping, kitchen, dining room and bookkeeping.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Comply with company policies &amp; procedures, safety standards &amp; rules, and federal/state/local laws and ordinances. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work in a manner which accommodates guests’ quiet enjoyment of Triple Creek Ranch.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain records, inventory, equipment and materials in an organized manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Instruct co-workers on safe and proper operation and maintenance of ranch facilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Make reasonable recommendations to the Maintenance Manager for needed improvements, alterations and procedural changes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Advise Maintenance Manager on matters related to cost effectiveness of repairs, remodels and various projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Advise staff and management on decisions relating to operating, purchasing, replacing and discarding systems, equipment and operational procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Be able to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Be willing to respond efficiently to emergencies, break-downs and unforeseen ranch problems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Keep adequate bookkeeping and receipts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all deadlines are met.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor and support Triple Creek Ranch operating procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work efficiently alone and with others.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
