ARSIEM is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to create custom analytics to perform at scale. The software engineer will work closely with data scientists and end users to develop innovative analytic tools to further discovery and tradecraft around critical global challenges, then deliver innovative solutions focused on operationalizing data science. This position will support one of our government clients in Fort Meade, MD. Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? Responsibilities Work directly with data scientists as well as mission analysts to solve the most demanding strategic problems Perform end-to-end software engineering to prototype, develop, integrate, test, and deploy tools and tradecraft into the customer's corporate architecture Minimum Qualifications Collaborate closely with customers to develop analytics based off artifacts, enrich data with various corporate sources, summarize data, and formulate results for downstream analytics and queries. Creatively leverage disparate data to fill knowledge gaps in user activities, collection efforts, and technology discovery. Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience or equivalent. Proficiency with object-oriented languages (JAVA, Python, C++) and experience with Jupyter Notebooks, GHOSTMACHINE, and Query Time Analytics. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of customer corporate tools and data repositories.
