    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p>The Middle School Girls Volleyball Coach is responsible for leading and developing the school’s volleyball program in a positive, educational, and competitive environment. The coach will help student-athletes improve their volleyball skills, sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and character while promoting the mission and values of the school.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Primary Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, organize, and conduct practices and games for the middle school girls volleyball team</li>\n<li>Teach fundamental volleyball skills, strategies, and game techniques</li>\n<li>Promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and positive attitudes among student-athletes</li>\n<li>Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, travel, and team activities</li>\n<li>Ensure the safety and well-being of all players at all times</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with players, parents, administration, and athletic staff</li>\n<li>Maintain appropriate player discipline and uphold school and athletic department policies</li>\n<li>Assist with equipment management, uniforms, and facility setup/cleanup</li>\n<li>Encourage academic success and appropriate behavior among student-athletes</li>\n<li>Attend coaches meetings, professional development opportunities, and athletic events as required</li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Athletic Director regarding schedules, transportation, and program needs</li>\n<li>Represent the school and athletic program in a professional and positive manner</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous volleyball coaching or playing experience preferred</li>\n<li>Knowledge of middle school volleyball fundamentals and rules</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to motivate and mentor middle school student-athletes</li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, students, and parents</li>\n<li>CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)</li>\n<li>Must meet all school, district, and/or state coaching requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Time Commitment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>After-school practices, during the volleyball season. </li>\n<li>Early Evening games</li>\n<li>Off-season communication and program support as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Desired Characteristics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Positive role model for students</li>\n<li>Passion for teaching and developing young athletes</li>\n<li>Dependable, energetic, and professional</li>\n<li>Strong commitment to student growth both on and off the court</li>\n</ul>",
