    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As a Network Install Technician III, you will deploy and install internet and cable services at WhiteSky properties across the country. You will also be responsible for diagnostic and troubleshooting when necessary.  <em><strong>To be considered, candidates should live within the Orlando area or within a commutable distance. When not working in the Orlando area you will travel regionally. 75% travel.</strong></em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years’ experience as a Network Technician.</li>\n <li>Cable/Internet Tech-Fiber Optic Background a must.</li>\n <li>Experience with installing, maintaining, and repairing cable television and Internet services in businesses.</li>\n <li>Experience with fiber installations, fiber splicing, CATV, CAT 5/6, coax, and/or wiring.</li>\n <li>Able to demonstrate knowledge of various electronic components (e.g., modems, routers, TVs, stereo systems and home entertainment systems) and have knowledge of computer operating systems.</li>\n <li>Must have top notch customer service skills, candidates will be entering private dwellings & managed properties.</li>\n <li>Must be able to operate independently, train and oversee installations.</li>\n <li>Excellent organization and communication.</li>\n <li>Be able to complete tasks on-time as defined by project schedule. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current valid State Driver’s License and non-negligent driving record.</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation to work.</li>\n <li>Must have a flexible schedule and be readily available.</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work on some weekend/overtime.</li>\n <li>Extensive out of state travel is required.</li>\n <li>Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, working in closets, rooftops, and construction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fiber Optic or Telecom background preferable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary and Benefits</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>RealPage provides a competitive salary package along with a comprehensive benefit plan that includes:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><em>Health, dental, and vision insurance.</em></li>\n <li><em>Retirement savings plan with company match.</em></li>\n <li><em>Paid time off and holidays.</em></li>\n <li><em>Professional development opportunities.</em></li>\n <li><em>Performance-based bonus based on position.</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges.
