In fact, 2 Circle's efficient and focused approach to business enables us to provide market leading pay and benefits while still maintaining extremely low charge rates for our customers.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Description</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing program, systems engineering, and acquisition support to the government team lead.</li>\n<li>Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data relating to weapons systems acquisitions projects</li>\n<li>Engage with programs to assess performance-to-plan and technical risks.</li>\n<li>Track program/project status and schedules.</li>\n<li>Perform analysis of project status and generate high quality technical reports and presentations.</li>\n<li>Communicate with government team counterparts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Education and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS in a relevant Engineering/Science field.</li>\n<li>15 years of experience in a relevant Engineering/Science field.</li>\n<li>Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.</li>\n<li>Applies engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management.</li>\n<li>TS/SCI Current clearance required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead technical efforts associated with all program phases of product development.</li>\n<li>Technical depth and breadth in an Engineering discipline.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic multiple security environment.</li>\n<li>Experience with NAVAIR Acquisition programs.</li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft office products, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.</li>\n<li>Experience with NAVAIR Systems Engineering Technical Review process.</li>\n<li>Experience with DoD Risk and Opportunity management process.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Location</span></p>\n<p><span>Patuxent River, MD </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p>401(k)</p>\n<p>Dental Insurance</p>\n<p>Health Insurance</p>\n<p>Life Insurance</p>\n<p>Vision Insurance</p>\n<p>Paid time off</p>\n<p>Professional development assistance</p>\n<p>Referral program</p>\n<p>Tuition reimbursement</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: gray\">2 Circle, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
