    "description": "<p>Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Kansas City Metro Area/</span>Overland Park, KS</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A respected commercial general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex renovation and occupied-facility projects across healthcare, industrial, corporate office, hospitality, retail, and municipal markets. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile projects, including healthcare developments exceeding $100M, while working within a collaborative, relationship-driven culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.</li>\n<li>Oversee budgets, forecasting, schedules, contracts, change orders, procurement, and subcontractor management.</li>\n<li>Lead buyout activities, bid reviews, and support GMP development.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, field teams, and internal departments.</li>\n<li>Mentor project staff and help drive successful project execution.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting future business opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of commercial construction experience with at least 5 years as a Project Manager.</li>\n<li>Experience working for a General Contractor.</li>\n<li>Strong background managing renovation and occupied-facility projects.</li>\n<li>Understanding of budgeting, project financials, buyout, and subcontractor management.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.</li>\n<li>Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Experience</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Healthcare construction and renovation projects.</li>\n<li>Phased renovation work in occupied environments.</li>\n<li>Existing relationships within the Kansas City market.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Compensation &amp; Benefits</p>\n<ul>\n<li>$125,000–$160,000+ base salary</li>\n<li>Performance bonus</li>\n<li>Vehicle allowance</li>\n<li>401(k) with company contribution</li>\n<li>Comprehensive healthcare benefits</li>\n<li>Strong PTO package and work-life balance</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Please Note:</span> This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
