You'll translate breakthrough technologies into competitive advantage, shaping how we develop superior vegetable varieties for sustainable agriculture.</p><p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p><p>• Drive phenomics innovation strategy and technical roadmap aligned with breeding priorities, delivering competitive advantage<br>\n• Lead end-to-end technology integration from proof-of-concept through operational deployment across international R&amp;D sites<br>\n• Serve as technical authority, evaluating emerging technologies in imaging, computer vision, and AI/ML&#xa0;for breeding applications<br>\n• Partner with IT teams to architect cloud-based platforms (AWS) and scalable data pipelines<br>\n• Build external ecosystem through technology scouting, collaborative research, and intellectual property strategy</p>",
