Reporting directly to the management team, this role is responsible for outlining, structuring, improving, and optimizing operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and control.</p>\n<p>This is a key position within the organization, with high visibility and direct impact on performance and growth.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Map, analyze, and improve all operational workflows across departments.</li>\n<li>Design and implement scalable operational structures to support company growth.</li>\n<li>Identify inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.</li>\n<li>Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance transparency and performance monitoring.</li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure smooth execution of operational initiatives.</li>\n<li>Optimize internal systems and support automation efforts in collaboration with IT and Engineering teams.</li>\n<li>Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.</li>\n<li>Act as a strategic partner to the management team on operational excellence and business performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Profile &amp; Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering background (Industrial, Mechanical, Systems, or similar).</li>\n<li>Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.</li>\n<li>Highly structured and process-oriented mindset.</li>\n<li>Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
