Our BDR role is the front door to enterprise sales, and the foundation for future leadership. Through a structured 12–24 month development program, you’ll gain the skills, mentorship, and real-world experience needed to succeed in complex, high-value sales environments.
What You’ll Do
This is a high-activity, performance-driven role where you will own pipeline creation and directly impact company growth.
Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting
Execute high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Research target accounts across industries like energy, utilities, and manufacturing
Identify key decision-makers and secure high-quality meetings
Qualify opportunities and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to drive pipeline growth
Build and manage pipeline in Salesforce and modern sales tools (Salesloft, ZoomInfo)
Develop messaging strategies tailored to enterprise buyers
Participate in ongoing training, enablement, and performance milestones
