    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Big Rapids, MI</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Exempt/Non-Exempt:</span> Non-Exempt</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employment Type: On-Call, As-Need<br></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Family Health Care is looking for a reliable team member for its cleaning crew in our new Big Rapids location!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Description:</span> This position will ensure that our facilities are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for daily cleaning, vacuuming/mopping, dusting and/or disinfecting of the health center.</li>\n<li>Responsible for maintaining towel, paper, hand sanitizer and soap dispensers daily.</li>\n<li>Responsible for daily emptying of wastebaskets and transporting outdoors to dumpster.</li>\n<li>Responsible for maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies and ordering supplies when necessary.</li>\n<li>Responsible for reporting stained ceiling tiles, light bulbs that are out, and other items throughout the organization that need to be addressed.</li>\n<li>Performs other light duties deemed necessary and assigned by the supervisor.</li>\n<li>Must be willing to go above and beyond at times, while being a team player.</li>\n<li>Understands the importance of and models a positive attitude and respect towards patients, co-workers, and visitors as outlined in Family Health Care’s Customer Service Standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p> Knowledge of:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Housekeeping functions and standards, including safety, using a step ladder and sanitation.</li>\n<li>Cleaning methods, materials, tools and equipment.</li>\n<li>Common safety hazards to identify potential safety problems.</li>\n<li>Operating housekeeping equipment and machines.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a productive member of a team.</li>\n<li>Basic computer skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Family Health Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</em></p>",
