The health and strength of the team at the finish line is one of—if not <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">the</span>—most important.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary</li>\n<li>Travel Per Diem</li>\n<li>Professional Development, Education &amp; Training</li>\n<li>Quality Vehicles, Accommodations &amp; Technology</li>\n<li>A Great Team Environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Site Leadership &amp; Project Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, manage, and direct the day-to-day operations of the project site.</li>\n<li>Oversee all site activities and trade contractors.</li>\n<li>Document daily progress, changes, and issues via email, Procore, SiteDocs, and/or the Site Logbook.</li>\n<li>Actively manage the project schedule to ensure timely completion.</li>\n<li>Uphold quality standards.</li>\n<li>Ensure material orders and labour availability are properly coordinated.</li>\n<li>Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.</li>\n<li>Liaise with inspection authorities to ensure full permit compliance.</li>\n<li>Read and interpret architectural drawings accurately.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Coordination &amp; Technical Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Project and Design Teams to manage schedules, procurement, and trade contractors.</li>\n<li>Proactively troubleshoot site issues, including design-related challenges.</li>\n<li>Negotiate contract changes with trade partners and communicate all changes to the Project Manager verbally and in writing.</li>\n<li>Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health &amp; Safety Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advocate and be a role model for the Health &amp; Safety Program</li>\n<li>Complete hazard assessments, supervisor logs, site inspections, and toolbox talks as required.</li>\n<li>Ensure all near-miss incidents are reported promptly.</li>\n<li>Promote a strong, positive safety culture on site.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend and participate in all site meetings.</li>\n<li>Gather and provide information for monthly client Project Status Reports.</li>\n<li>Conduct quality-control activities and inspection programs aligned with Sealand’s standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Experience Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 years of field construction experience.</li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years in a site supervisory role.</li>\n<li>Construction-related degree or diploma considered an asset.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and project delivery sequencing.</li>\n<li>Extensive experience with:\n<ul>\n<li>Procore</li>\n<li>SiteDocs</li>\n<li>Microsoft Project</li>\n<li>Microsoft Outlook</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>High level of comfort with computers and mobile apps.</li>\n<li>Physically able to work on your feet for 8–10 hours per day.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel extensively throughout the Maritimes.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Valid driver’s license<br></p>",
