    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.47.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.47.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\" style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:107%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong><span style='font-size:14px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Your role: </span></strong><span style='font-size:14px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>As the Bankruptcy Specialist, you will o</span><span style='font-size:14px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>versee all aspects of Bankrupt Accounts and respond accordingly.</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:107%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-size:14px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>You will train the Bankruptcy Processor and be the support and backup for the Bankruptcy Processor.&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:107%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-size:14px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:107%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong><span style='font-size:14px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></strong></p>-Review all bankruptcy referrals for accuracy<br><br><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">-Approval of bankruptcy referrals to legal counsel</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">-Follow up with legal counsel to make sure the bankruptcy referral is received in a timely manner</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Appropriately address any cases that are not referred to legal counsel directly with the court.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">-Communication with debtors within the allowed scope of the bankruptcy</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">-Responsible for decisions and instructions to legal counsel and Bankruptcy Processor with regards to motions, orders, lifts of stay, discharge, dismissals any other bankruptcy correspondence.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">-Responsible for reviewing and taking appropriate action on all bankruptcy correspondence</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">-Review and reconcile bankrupt accounts for appropriate and timely payments</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">-Review and audit bankruptcy reports and take appropriate actions.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">-Review system data entry to the core to ensure the collection system is correct and the bankruptcy credit reporting is accurately flagged-Attend any hearings as needed</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">-Train Bankruptcy Processor</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">-If appropriate, advise the Repossession Specialist with regards to motions, orders, lifts of stay, discharge, or dismissals</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">-Assist the Bankruptcy and Recovery Manager and other team members as needed</p><p><br></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:107%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong><span style='font-size:14px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Experience: </span></strong><span style='font-size:14px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Must be knowledgeable of collection and bankruptcy laws.&nbsp;</span></p><div style=\"font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Minimum of 1&ndash;3 years of bankruptcy operations experience (debtor or creditor); prior bankruptcy law experience is preferred.</div><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:107%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><br></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:107%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong><span style='font-size:14px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Education: </span></strong><span style='font-size:14px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>High School Diploma or GED required.
