Additionally, this position supervises and coordinates front office and back-office patient care and clinic support staff, is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of clinic operations, and for monitoring, coaching, training, reporting, planning, and budgeting as assigned.</p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul><li>A current LVN license issued by the State of California is required.</li><li>Valid driver’s license.</li><li>A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred.</li><li>A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.</li><li> Prior experience with the geriatric population is preferred.</li><li>Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical system (EHR/EMR) preferred.</li><li><p>A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.</p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Compensation</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>Pay for this job starts at $77,126.00 annually<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b><span>Compensation Disclaimer</span></b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span>Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
