We value collaboration, clinical growth, and strong team support.</p>\n<p>We’re hiring a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BCaBA</span> for a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and continue developing your skills—with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Structure</span></span></p>\n<p>The role is currently primarily a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2-tier model (BCBA + BT/RBT)</span>.
