    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>The Data Analyst III is responsible for complex reporting processes that may require functions such as many-to-many merges, mining of unstructured data to create discrete data elements, converting data types, creating moving window metrics.</li>\n <li>The Analyst is advanced in at least 1 programming language (e.g. R, SAS, SQL, Python, VBA).</li>\n <li>Key programming skills include ability to independently write macros or functions and ability to write code that can be readily adapted for other reporting needs.</li>\n <li>The Analyst has a foundational understanding of statistical theory and underlying mathematical distributions, and is able to convey complex findings in simple terms to multidisciplinary audiences.</li>\n <li>The Analyst is capable of building advanced data collection tools with conditional logic and feedback processes.</li>\n <li>The Analyst is a subject-matter expert in the area they provide reporting for, and are able to autonomously lead projects with minimal oversight to achieve project deliverables.</li>\n <li>The Analyst will help grow skillsets for other analysts within the organization. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant work experience, or Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience </li>\n</ul>\n<p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (MediumMax 25lbs): up to 25 lbs, 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 25 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS: Factors affecting environment conditions may vary depending on the assigned work area and tasks. Environmental exposures include, but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure Bio-hazardous waste Chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors Communicable diseases Electrical shock, Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation, Shift work, Travel may be required.
