The role focuses on Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Meraki, and Azure networking environments. This position is ideal for someone with strong foundational networking knowledge who is ready to grow in a managed services (MSP) environment and handle L1/L2 network operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Network Support &amp; Troubleshooting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Resolve L1/L2 network support tickets related to connectivity issues, VPN failures, firewall access requests, routing/switching problems, and Wi-Fi issues.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide remote troubleshooting support via phone, email, and remote access tools.</span></li>\n<li><span>Diagnose and resolve basic LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and IP-related issues.</span></li>\n<li><span>Troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues including site-to-site and remote access VPNs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Network Monitoring &amp; Operations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Monitor network health, performance, and alerts using tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, Meraki Dashboard, Panorama, and FortiManager.</span></li>\n<li><span>Respond to alerts and perform initial investigation before escalation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct routine checks on firewall status, VPN tunnels, and wireless networks.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Device &amp; Firewall Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Assist in configuration and maintenance of Cisco routers and switches.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support Cisco Meraki devices (MX, MS, MR) for monitoring and basic configuration.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall policies, NAT rules, and security configurations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform basic firewall rule validation and access troubleshooting.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Azure Networking</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Support basic Azure networking tasks including VNet/subnet verification.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with NSG rule checks and troubleshooting.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support Azure VPN Gateway connectivity issues under guidance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Incident &amp; Change Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Follow SLA timelines for ticket resolution and prioritization.</span></li>\n<li><span>Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with proper documentation and investigation notes.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support change requests, maintenance activities, and scheduled network updates.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Maintain accurate ticket documentation, troubleshooting steps, and resolution details.</span></li>\n<li><span>Update network diagrams, device inventories, and SOPs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure proper knowledge sharing for recurring issues and resolutions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Candidate Profile: Requirements &amp; Preferred Qualifications </span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field.</span></li>\n<li><span>1–2 years of experience in networking, IT support, or helpdesk roles (MSP experience preferred)</span><br></li>\n<li><span>CCNA certification</span></li>\n<li><span>PCNSA certification</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP</span></li>\n<li><span>VLANs and subnetting</span></li>\n<li><span>Routing and switching basics</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Basic understanding of firewall concepts including NAT, VPN, and security policies</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with Cisco Meraki Dashboard for monitoring and basic configuration</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow</span></li>\n<li><span>Exposure to network monitoring tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, or similar</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Hands-on exposure to Palo Alto or Fortinet firewalls</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with Cisco Meraki MX/MS/MR environments</span></li>\n<li><span>Basic understanding of Azure networking components</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working in an MSP or 24x7 support environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Exposure to network automation or scripting (optional advantage)</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work in escalation-based support model</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Technical Skill Set</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing &amp;
