We look for team members who will display and share these values with fellow employees and customers.</p><p>Our location based in <strong><em>Ramsey, NJ </em></strong>is seeking an <em><strong>Inside Sales Representative  </strong></em>   In this role, candidates should have an outgoing personality, good communication skills and like to work with the general public. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Preparing quotes for potential customers</li><li>Preparing computer generated work orders for customers</li><li>Handle and process customer returns</li><li>Work closely with Branch Manager</li><li>Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of products sold</li><li>Coordinate customer delivery requirements with the dispatcher</li><li>Occasional purchasing of inventory</li><li>Maintain material stock in showroom</li><li>You will be expected to perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><u><strong>Qualifications:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Must have a can do, customer service first attitude</li><li>Basic math skills</li><li>A good memory to be able retain a working technical knowledge on vast amounts of building materials.</li><li>Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication or metal roofing is a plus</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Commitment to the Company’s mission and its core values</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Spanish speaking preferred</li></ul><p><strong><u>Benefits:</u></strong></p><p>We offer a full benefits package including:</p><ul><li>Unparalleled work environment</li><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Paid vacation and holidays</li><li>Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance</li><li>401(k) with discretionary employer match</li><li>A yearly review</li></ul>Wage Range: $20 - $28/hour plus additional benefits.<strong> </strong>In compliance with applicable law, this range is a good faith estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.",
