As a <strong>Field Team Lead</strong>, you’ll support and motivate the team, keep them focused on achieving objectives and handle the day-to-day operations of the program. This role involves walking the neighborhood, working outdoors in all-weather conditions, and using your personal vehicle to travel between assigned areas. We’re looking for people who are comfortable working in the field, confident speaking with the public, and committed to doing the work properly.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive hourly wage <strong>$23/hour</strong></li>\n <li>Award-winning training; both in-class and in-field</li>\n <li>Tools: Tablet, lanyard, branded attire/accessories</li>\n <li>Strong senior leadership team and daily support</li>\n <li>Team culture where health and safety is prioritized</li>\n <li>Fixed schedule with 2 days off in a row every week – Don’t have to worry about shift work or changing schedules!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage a team of 3-4 canvassers as we conduct public outreach to engage with potential voters</li>\n <li>Represent the client professionally as an ambassador</li>\n <li>Train and coach team members to engage the public with enthusiasm, while delivering a great experience and staying focused on objectives</li>\n <li>Submit accurate daily and weekly reporting via online portals </li>\n <li>Monitor performance and analyze reports to ensure objectives are being met </li>\n <li>Lead daily team meetings and maintain group communication channels</li>\n <li>Uphold company standards for professionalism and integrity in the field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What does it take to succeed in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of one year supervisory or management experience</li>\n <li>Experience managing small to medium-sized teams</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with the public</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and disciplined in following scripts and protocols</li>\n <li>Reliable, punctual, and accountable</li>\n <li>Previous professional canvassing or field experience is a strong asset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You are a conservative voter, or you are bipartisan and have no political affiliations </li>\n <li>Full-Time Availability - <em>Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday (12:00PM-8:00PM), Sunday (10:00AM-6:00PM)</em></li>\n <li>Comfortable standing, walking and being on your feet for extended periods of time</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle</li>\n <li>Smartphone required for field data collection</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Sounds like a great fit?
