The Cycle Counter is responsible for conducting scheduled and unscheduled inventory cycle counts, supporting inventory accuracy, and helping resolve discrepancies in a fast-paced food manufacturing and warehouse environment.</p>\n<p>This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production needs, and ensuring materials are counted, documented, transferred, and reconciled in accordance with company standards, GMP requirements, and food safety expectations.</p>\n<h2>Schedule</h2>\n<p>1st Shift Schedule: Specific hours may vary based on business needs and operational coverage requirements.</p>\n<p>Additional overtime, weekend work, or schedule adjustments may be required based on business needs, inventory activity, production schedules, and count requirements.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform cycle counts using RF equipment according to established schedules and as needed to investigate inventory discrepancies.</li>\n <li>Conduct physical counts of manufactured and procured materials to support accurate inventory records.</li>\n <li>Reconcile staging locations following completion of manufacturing orders.</li>\n <li>Document materials and resources required to be issued to or removed from associated manufacturing orders.</li>\n <li>Research inventory discrepancies and complete timely reconciliation in partnership with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams.</li>\n <li>Enter, verify, and maintain accurate inventory data in applicable inventory control systems.</li>\n <li>Operate PIT forklift, reach truck, or other powered industrial equipment safely in congested pedestrian areas and close-quarter racking environments, when certified and authorized.</li>\n <li>Support inventory audits, material transfers, and other inventory control activities as assigned.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping and sanitation expectations.</li>\n <li>Follow all company safety, food safety, GMP, sanitation, quality, and warehouse procedures.</li>\n <li>Report inventory, food safety, quality, equipment, or safety concerns immediately to supervision.</li>\n <li>Comply with all company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Food Safety & Quality Requirements</h2>\n<p>Employees are required to comply with all food safety and quality programs, including but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)</li>\n <li>HACCP Programs</li>\n <li>Allergen Control Programs</li>\n <li>Sanitation Standards</li>\n <li>SQF and Food Safety Procedures</li>\n <li>Inventory Accuracy and Traceability Procedures</li>\n <li>Workplace Safety Policies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of six months of experience in a production, warehouse, inventory, or related manufacturing role.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate or obtain certification to operate PIT forklift/reach truck equipment as required by the position.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.</li>\n <li>Basic math, counting, and reconciliation skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to use RF equipment, inventory control systems, and basic computer applications.</li>\n <li>Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, multi-tasking manufacturing and warehouse environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate inventory concerns clearly.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum of two years of warehouse experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum of one year of experience using an inventory control system, including data entry and material transfers, preferred.</li>\n <li>Prior cycle counting experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous forklift/reach truck certification at current or prior employer preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience in food manufacturing, GMP, or SQF-regulated environments preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift, including warehouse and production areas.</li>\n <li>Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and movement of materials as needed.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.</li>\n <li>Ability to work around moving machinery, forklift traffic, racking, pallets, and warehouse equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus while counting, documenting, and reconciling inventory.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to
