What you will do: Manage the full lifecycle of the Professional Corporation (PC), including HR, payroll, and multi-state compliance for a growing team of RNs, NPs, and MDs. Oversee end-to-end supply chain and pharmacy relationships, ensuring medication quality and timely delivery while negotiating SLAs with compounding partners. Define and monitor data-driven clinical KPIs, using metrics to optimize provider productivity, patient satisfaction scores, and treatment outcomes at scale. The ideal candidate: 10+ years of healthcare operations leadership with direct experience managing clinical teams and establishing/managing a Professional Corporation (PC) model. Deep expertise in DEA regulations, HIPAA, and multi-state telehealth licensing, specifically within mental health or controlled substance protocols.
