Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems, and optimizing system performance.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field</li>\n <li>Proven experience in designing and testing electrical systems</li>\n <li>Advanced mathematical skills</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices</li>\n <li>Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD), EPLAN, Met LAB software and electrical engineering simulation tools</li>\n <li>Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for electrical safety and performance</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams, etc.</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written</li>\n <li>Ability work independently and part of a team</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and organized</li>\n <li>Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks</li>\n <li>Willingness to continuously lean and stay updated on advancements in the field of electrical engineering</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and development electrical system components, including circuit boards, wiring, and power systems</li>\n <li>Test and evaluate electrical systems to ensure they meet specifications and performance requirements</li>\n <li>Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards</li>\n <li>Manage engineering projects and deliver them on-time</li>\n <li>Work with renewable energy sources</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop solutions</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement necessary repairs or modifications</li>\n <li>Monitor maintenance and inspection plans</li>\n <li>Conduct research on emerging electrical technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for safety and performance</li>\n <li>Document design specifications, procedures, and test results for future reference</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Whether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
