All About You We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who will help us advance our electrical products, systems, and applications. The electrification of everything starts with amazing people. You will collaborate with a diverse team to design electrical systems that meet project requirements and adhere to industry standards. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems, and optimizing system performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in designing and testing electrical systems Advanced mathematical skills Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD), EPLAN, Met LAB software and electrical engineering simulation tools Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for electrical safety and performance Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams, etc. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability work independently and part of a team Detail-oriented and organized Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks Willingness to continuously lean and stay updated on advancements in the field of electrical engineering Responsibilities Design and development electrical system components, including circuit boards, wiring, and power systems Test and evaluate electrical systems to ensure they meet specifications and performance requirements Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards Manage engineering projects and deliver them on-time Work with renewable energy sources Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop solutions Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement necessary repairs or modifications Monitor maintenance and inspection plans Conduct research on emerging electrical technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for safety and performance Document design specifications, procedures, and test results for future reference What We Offer Whether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
