    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Independence Title Company in the Austin, Texas area (Salado Office),&nbsp;a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Licensed Escrow Assistant. &nbsp;Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.</p><p>The Licensed Escrow Assistant is responsible for:</p><p>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.</p><p>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Handling, and having comfortable knowledge in: A to Z processing: frontend, curative for Schedule C, working up CDs/HUDs, as needed, and post-closing/funding tasks.</p><p>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Having hands-on experience with the closing process</p><p>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Communicating professionally, respectfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers.</p><p>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Backing up on closings, after becoming licensed, as requested by Closer or management.</p><p>· &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Keeping Esc.
