This position will have full responsibility for the operation and providing on-site presence to our customers.<span>&nbsp; </span>We are seeking a person with strong communication skills and a proven track record of customer satisfaction to steer the future of the refractory industry.</span></p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span><br/></span></p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span><b>Responsibilities</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Participate with customer managers to steer future refractory and operating practice</span><span></span></li>\n <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Manage interaction of our technical resources with customer technical team.</span><span></span></li>\n <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Manage site overhead and expenses in accordance with budget.</span><span></span></li>\n <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Establish and maintain positive customer impression of our products and company.</span><span></span></li>\n <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Collect operational data for analysis to determine correct refractory qualities.</span><span></span></li>\n <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Provide customer with refractory expertise.</span><span></span></li>\n <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Prevent untimely removal of installed refractory materials</span><span></span></li>\n <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Provide internal and external monthly reports on activities and occurrences at site.</span><span></span></li>\n <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Provide external monthly reports on refractory consumption and cost.</span><span></span></li>\n <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Ensure operation and maintenance of on-site machinery.</span><span></span></li>\n <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Manage inventory to ensure sufficient supply in a timely fashion.</span><span></span></li>\n <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Manage personnel to ensure timely installation of refractories.</span><span></span></li>\n <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Support installation of refractories</span><span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b><span>&nbsp;</span>Requirements</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires 3 to 5 years experience in a mini-mill steelmaking environment and/or 3 to 5 years experience in a refractory analysis and troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Requires&nbsp;<span>B.S. degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or related fields, or equivalent practical field experience</span><br/><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:bold;\">Requires general knowledge of refractories</span>&nbsp;project management, steelmaking or refractory installation experience</li>\n <li>A high level of expertise in refractory applications in a mini-mill environment particularly relating to ladles and furnaces.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word</li>\n <li>Understanding of the steelmaking process.</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b>Physical Requirements</b>\n</div>\n<ul>\n <li><b><u>Physical Activity</u></b>:&nbsp; Requires between 1/3 and 2/3 of the time sitting, talking and hearing; and less than 1/3 of the time, standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.</li>\n <li><b><u>Lifting</u>:</b>&nbsp; Requires lifting up to 25 pounds less than 1/3 of the time.</li>\n <li><b><u>Vision</u>:</b>&nbsp; Requires accurate close and distance vision.</li>\n <li><b><u>Environment</u>:</b>&nbsp; Requires 1/3 to 2/3 of the time in an office setting, working near moving mechanical parts, and exposed to fumes, airborne particles; and less than 1/3 of the time in high, precarious places, working near toxic or caustic chemical, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, vibration and outdoor weather conditions.</li>\n <li><b><u>Noise</u>:</b>&nbsp; Requires working loud conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n</ul>",
