This position helps maintain an organized, safe, and efficient service environment and contributes to a positive customer experience.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet customers promptly and assist with directing vehicles to designated service areas.</li><li>Transport customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the service drive, parking lot, and dealership property.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of service lanes, parking areas, customer waiting areas, and dealership grounds.</li><li>Assist service advisors and technicians by locating, staging, and delivering vehicles as needed.</li><li>Perform basic vehicle preparation tasks, including washing, vacuuming, fueling, and inspecting vehicles prior to customer delivery.</li><li>Monitor lot organization and ensure vehicles are parked in designated locations to maximize operational efficiency.</li><li>Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures while providing professional and courteous customer service.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
