If so, we’d love to talk with you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Geotechnical Project Engineer</span> to take ownership of geotechnical engineering projects, provide technical leadership, and mentor team members while delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. This role can be based in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Paducah, KY; Belleville, IL; or Brentwood, TN.  </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Geotechnical Project Engineer, you’ll serve as both a technical expert and project leader, responsible for successful delivery across all phases of work.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead geotechnical projects from planning through completion, including scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary technical and project point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams</li>\n<li>Perform and oversee geotechnical analyses, designs, and interpretation of field and laboratory data</li>\n<li>Plan and manage subsurface exploration programs and coordinate field operations and resources.</li>\n<li>Prepare, review, and seal professional geotechnical engineering reports</li>\n<li>Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development and client relationship efforts</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education/Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering</span></li>\n<li>Active <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Engineer (PE)</span> license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5+ years</span> of progressive geotechnical engineering experience</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical Insurance</li>\n<li>Dental and Vision Coverage (employee coverage, employer paid)</li>\n<li>Employer Paid Life Insurance of $50,000</li>\n<li>Additional Voluntary Life Insurance is available for employee and their dependents  </li>\n<li>Paid Medical Leave</li>\n<li>Employer-Paid Long-Term Disability Insurance </li>\n<li>Generous Company Match 401 (k) program</li>\n<li>Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) </li>\n<li>Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off</li>\n<li>Ten Paid Holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Type: </span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>By completing the online application, Applicant certifies that the information they have provided is true, complete, and correct.
