Projects include federal and&nbsp;state funded airport improvement programs as well as locally funded projects at public and private use airports.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Your impact:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Design experience on&nbsp;FAA and State DOT aviation projects within an assigned client base.</li>\r\n\t<li>Management of portions of&nbsp;a project: grant facilitation, design, bidding, construction administration, and close out to meet project goals on time and on budget.</li>\r\n\t<li>Compliance with objectives contained within the individual airport master plans, federal grant assurance&nbsp;requirements, FAA and state design standards, and a project scope of work.</li>\r\n\t<li>Knowledge and application of FAA Advisory Circulars for airport design and construction including runways,&nbsp;taxiways, aircraft parking aprons, grading/drainage, and pavement markings.</li>\r\n\t<li>Development of contract specifications and bid estimates.</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordination of engineering design staff and other disciplines to meet objectives.</li>\r\n\t<li>Accurate daily time keeping</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Who you are:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent</li>\r\n\t<li>8+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering</li>\r\n\t<li>P.E. preferred or the ability to obtain a State&nbsp;P.E. within the first year.</li>\r\n\t<li>This position will be remote/hybrid depending on the state &amp; business need.</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li>\r\n\t<li>Proficient knowledge of general office equipment, MS Office, Faarfield.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n",
