You’ll leverage your deep expertise in React JS, .NET Core (C#), and scalable backend systems to build robust, high-performing, and secure web applications. Beyond coding, you will actively champion technical excellence, lead high-performing squads, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to drive platform scalability and boost engineering velocity.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Embed wants to work with a proactive leader. We would like to work with someone who doesn’t just manage tasks but actively contributes to the professional growth of their team through mentorship, strategic planning, and a culture of ownership and technical rigor.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect and develop scalable applications using React JS and .NET Core, ensuring seamless performance and architectural integrity across the entire ecosystem. </li>\n<li>Collaborate proactively with product managers, UX/UI developers, and cross-functional leads to translate complex business goals into scalable technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.<br></li>\n<li>Lead and scale engineering teams, continuing our culture of continuous learning, constant self-development, and technical excellence through mentoring and team-building initiatives.<br></li>\n<li>Establish and enforce consistent full-stack development practices, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and security-first engineering (DevSecOps).<br></li>\n<li>Conduct thorough code reviews and architectural audits, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to performance benchmarks and .NET design patterns.<br></li>\n<li>Drive technical strategy by using system metrics, scalability benchmarks, and industry trends to propose and implement changes that enhance platform reliability and developer productivity.<br></li>\n<li>Refactor and optimize legacy systems to improve performance, reduce technical debt, and align with modern microservices and cloud-native architectures.<br></li>\n<li>Contribute to and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API contracts, system architecture diagrams, and robust onboarding resources for new engineers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Experience</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field (or equivalent practical experience). </li>\n<li>Leadership: 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a formal leadership or mentoring capacity.<br></li>\n<li>Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in React JS and modern front-end architectures (State management, Hooks, Component-driven design).<br></li>\n<li>Backend Expertise: Strong command of C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, and ASP.NET Core for building high-performance RESTful or GraphQL APIs.<br></li>\n<li>Database Design: Solid experience with SQL Server (Entity Framework Core); experience with NoSQL (e.g., CosmosDB, Redis) is a plus.<br></li>\n<li>Architecture: Proven track record in building microservices, handling asynchronous messaging (e.g., RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus), and designing for high availability.<br></li>\n<li>DevOps &amp; Cloud: Experience managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred, or AWS/GCP).<br></li>\n<li>Testing &amp; Security: Proficiency with automated testing frameworks (xUnit/nUnit, Jest, Cypress) and a solid understanding of web security (OWASP, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).<br></li>\n<li>Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we offer</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exposure to the fast-paced world of high-tech start-ups.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Working with passionate, smart, and driven colleagues in a vibrant environment.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Group Medical Insurance (Group Term Life, Group Hospital &amp; Surgical, Group Outpatient Clinical, Group Outpatient Specialist, Group Dental)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paid time off to include vacation, sick, annual leave and Singapore statutory leave</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Robust Learning Management System for employee growth and development</span></li>\n</ul>",
