This role contributes to product strategy and is accountable for prioritization, roadmap execution, and delivering measurable business and member outcomes for their assigned areas. Acting as the single-point owner for designated digital products, the Product Manager partners closely with design, engineering, compliance, risk, fraud, and operations to deliver secure, compliant, and high-impact member experiences.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Who YOU are:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Three years to five years of Product Manager experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of product management driving market-leading software solutions, with ability to work with local or remote software development teams to transform product requirements into member-facing solutions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of managing product priorities and driving teams in a fast-paced environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to provide product presentations and communicate, both verbal and written.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organizational skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Possess versatility and flexibility to serve as backup for other positions successfully.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>What YOU&rsquo;LL do:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with the development team and key internal stakeholders to define, create, and deploy next-generation digital capabilities.</li><li>Evaluate existing services, prioritize enhancements, and address defects to improve stability, usability, and member satisfaction.</li><li>Author and maintain clear business and functional requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and interface specifications.</li><li>Conduct market, competitive, and user research to identify opportunities and inform product innovation.</li><li>Define and maintain short-term and long-term product roadmaps aligned with member needs, regulatory requirements, and business priorities</li><li>Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and guide data-driven decisions.</li><li>Serve as a product advocate by clearly communicating vision, progress, and value to internal partners and leadership.</li><li>Collect and synthesize member and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve digital products and experiences.</li><li>Partner with training and enablement teams to ensure internal teams understand product functionality and changes.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Some of our benefits for YOU:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">100% paid employee medical, dental, vision, life/AD&amp;D and short-term disability insurance for the employee;
