  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Under the supervision of a professional engineer, design various project elements including drainage conveyance systems, stormwater management BMPs, hydrologic and hydraulic design for bridges and culverts, and other related elements.</li><li><!--block-->Perform hydrologic, hydraulic and drainage design calculations.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Prepare/assist with 3D design models in Civil 3D, Microstation Inroads and Openroads software.</li><li><!--block-->Draft contract plans and details for various project phases including preliminary and final designs.</li><li><!--block-->Prepare quantity calculations, cost estimates and supplemental specifications.</li><li><!--block-->Perform site visits to support design efforts.</li><li><!--block-->Preparation of design and compliance reports in support of environmental permit applications.&nbsp; Assist with preparation of permits to Federal, State, County, and local agencies, including but not limited to FEMA, NJDEP, NJ Pinelands Commission, and County Soil Conservation Districts.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies and prepare meeting minutes.</li><li><!--block-->Work within a team.</li></ul><div><!--block--><br></div>",
