We&rsquo;re seeking a driven, organized, and solutions-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead, strengthen, and continuously improve our food safety and quality programs.</p><p data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"957\">This is a hands-on leadership role with daily plant floor presence and direct influence on company-wide quality performance.</p><hr data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"962\"><h2 data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"981\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2><h3 data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1021\">Lead &amp; Elevate Food Safety Systems</h3><ul data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1519\"><li data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1230\"><p data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1127\">Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of food safety and quality programs including:</p><ul data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1230\"><li data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1162\"><p data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1162\">FDA Preventive Controls (FSMA)</p></li><li data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1190\"><p data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1190\">SQF (Safe Quality Food)</p></li><li data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1200\"><p data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1200\">HACCP</p></li><li data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1209\"><p data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1209\">GMPs</p></li><li data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1230\"><p data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1230\">Allergen Control</p></li></ul></li><li data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1348\"><p data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1348\">Partner with the Regulatory &amp; Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to FDA regulations and PS Seasoning standards.</p></li><li data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1433\"><p data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1433\">Lead all customer audits, SQF audits, regulatory inspections, and internal audits.</p></li><li data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1519\"><p data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1519\">Drive SQF internal audit programs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.</p></li></ul><h3 data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1553\">Drive Continuous Improvement</h3><ul data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1911\"><li data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1633\"><p data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1633\">Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and cost efficiencies.</p></li><li data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1731\"><p data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1731\">Develop plant-specific QC metrics to measure performance and uncover improvement opportunities.</p></li><li data-start=\"1732\" data-end=\"1812\"><p data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1812\">Independently initiate and lead process improvement and cost savings projects.</p></li><li data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"1911\"><p data-start=\"1815\" data-end=\"1911\">Ensure compliance with customer requirements while maintaining best-in-class industry standards.</p></li></ul><h3 data-start=\"1913\" data-end=\"1963\">Strengthen Plant Operations &amp;
