Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</span></p><p><span>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Fund Administration to join our team. &nbsp;The position is located in Lake Mary, Florida.</span></p><p><span>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Perform a variety of fund administration activities for funds with more intricate portfolio assets and transactions, including expense allocation, budgeting, cash allocation, analysis of fund metrics and compliance.</span></li><li><span>Calculate daily fund position and cash reconciliations for moderately complex funds and assist in resolving escalated discrepancies.</span></li><li><span>Report and analyze fund revenues, expenses, profitability, and other key metrics.</span></li><li><span>Work extensively with clients to communicate fund expense and performance information regarding moderately complex funds and answer questions about funds.</span></li><li><span>Review fund data and monitor compliance with all regulatory, BNY Mellon, and client specifications.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide requested information of greater complexity.</span></li><li><span>Compile and analyze fund performance data for inclusion in Board of Directors report materials.</span></li><li><span>Review fund expense budgeting conducted by support staff.</span></li><li><span>Provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.</span></li></ul><p><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.</span></li><li><span>3-5 years of total work experience preferred.</span></li><li><span>Experience in accounting or fund administration preferred.</span></li><li><span>No direct people leadership responsibilities.</span></li></ul><p><span>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</span></p><p><span>BNY Newsroom</span></p><p><span>BNY LinkedIn</span></p><p><span>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</span></p><p><span>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</span></p><p><span>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</span></p><p><span>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</span></p><p><span>Our Benefits and Rewards:</span></p><p><span>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
