          "text": "<p><strong>CD PROJEKT RED</strong> is seeking a <strong>Production Director</strong> to join our team working on <strong>Cyberpunk 2</strong>, the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077 and Phantom Liberty. Reporting to the Executive Producer and as a member of the project’s Directors group, they will drive project-wide clarity, manage risk and ensure development remains predictable and aligned across the entire project. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in game development and production management, is organized and self-motivated, and is passionate about games.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work alongside the project’s Directors group, shaping project-wide strategy beyond production.</li><li>Oversees and manages the various Producers directly, and provides mentorship for the full production team.</li><li>Responsible for recruitment of the Production team, coordinating and consulting with the Executive Producer.</li><li>Provides structured performance input for producers and other leaders, focusing on delivery effectiveness, collaboration and risk management.</li><li>Builds team structures that enable scalability, strong cross-functional collaboration and long-term project success.</li><li>Supports the Executive Producer in project routines, reviews, and external representation when required.</li><li>Supports the Executive Producer by representing production leadership when needed, contributing to both production and broader leadership decision-making.</li><li>Oversees management of project backlog, jira methodologies, tools, workflows and production practices.</li><li>Ability to challenge and set standards for deliverables, pipelines and milestones.</li><li>Anticipates risks, implements mitigation strategies, and escalates critical issues to the Executive Producer.</li><li>Helps to oversee co-development partnerships, budgets and cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Consults with Executive Producer to identify areas of need for project headcount and budget.</li></ul>",
