Understands NMF acquisition, combat development and requirements processes and, as required, attends NMF events that are of particular interest to MARSOC operational forces.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Coordinate &amp; support Combat Evaluations (CVs) and National to Theatre (N2T) transition efforts conducted across MARSOC in accordance with USSOCOM and USMC directives.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Support all MARSOC Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs) as they articulate Operational Capability gaps, to shape the proposal and execution of combat development/evaluation efforts.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Serves as the interface between the Capability Development / Requirements &amp; Acquisition Branch and the Strategic Programming Branch within MARSOC G-8 for potential procurement of developmental capabilities.
