    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Contracts Manager </span>to join our Navy Systems team based in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">York, PA</span>.  Our Navy Systems business is a defense contractor that supports all major defense industrial base shipbuilders and has been supplying mission critical cooling and refrigeration equipment and systems to the US Navy for over 100 years. This is an exciting opportunity to provide overall contract management stewardship across the entirety of programs within a growing business and fast-paced environment.<br><br>At Johnson Controls Navy Systems (JCNS) we have been supplying air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and services to the US Navy since 1917.  The Sr. Contracts Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Johnson Controls Navy Systems contracts’ portfolio, including supporting proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.  This role partners with the Program Managers and cross functional organization to optimize program / contract performance to ensure customer satisfaction in support of the business’s goals and strategic plan. As a key contributor in the business, you will be actively engaged with the Johnson Controls Navy Systems (JCNS) team reporting into the Director of Programs and Contracts Management.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: </span>York, PA (not a remote or work from home type of role)<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary Range:</span> $140,000 - $180,000 base plus significant bonus incentive.
