    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p>D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is seeking a full time qualified candidate for a Project Manager to support the U.S. Trade and Development Agency in Arlington, VA.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities::</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li id=\"isPasted\">Lead day-to-day contract operations across Records, FOIA, Admin/Facilities, Reception, Mailroom, and Conference/AV support; ensure full PWS compliance and cross-training coverage.</li><li>Own the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and performance metrics; prevent/resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Plan and manage staffing, scheduling (8:30 a.m.&ndash;5:30 p.m., Mon&ndash;Fri), and surge/event support; coordinate with CO/COR.</li><li>Oversee phase-in and phase-out transition plans; handle onboarding, clearances, inventories, and knowledge transfer.</li><li>Interface with CIO/Deputy CIO for systems issues/upgrades; ensure data integrity across SharePoint/TDAMIS/PIMS and reporting deliverables.</li><li>Ensure compliance with security, non-personal services, SCA requirements, and deliver CPARS-worthy performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">15+ years relevant experience with proven leadership/supervision and quality control oversight.</li><li>Demonstrated skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and process improvement.</li><li>Strong written/oral communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required (business/management preferred).</li></ul><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>About D2 Government Solutions</strong></p><p>D2GS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
