Salaries range from $60,000 to $140,000. Earnings from commissions may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions, allowing total income up to $140,000.</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and delivering a high-quality service experience from check-in through delivery</li>\n <li>Identify customer needs and confidently recommend maintenance and repair services to drive revenue and ensure vehicle safety</li>\n <li>Manage repair orders end-to-end, collaborating with technicians to maximize efficiency, productivity, and billed hours</li>\n <li>Proactively communicate updates, educate customers on services, and close additional work through effective upselling</li>\n <li>Drive customer satisfaction and retention by delivering a seamless, professional, and results-focused experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Customer-Facing Sales Experience is Required</strong></li>\n <li>Automotive Service Advisor Experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Xtime & CDK Experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Positive & Friendly Attitude</li>\n <li>Interpersonal Communication Skills</li>\n <li>Basic Computer Skills</li>\n <li>Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience</li>\n <li>Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li>\n <li>Must have a Valid Driver’s License  <em> </em> </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>To learn more about our company, visit www.group1auto.com.
